Cancellation, Refund, and Exchange

defbodrum.com is solely responsible for ticketing events and is not the organizer or owner of the events. Therefore, unless otherwise stated by the organizer’s rules and/or in case of a cancellation or change of the event itself, purchased tickets cannot be changed or refunded.

According to Article 15(g) of the Distance Sales Regulation, consumers do not have the right of withdrawal for contracts regarding leisure activities to be carried out on a specific date or within a specific period.

Except for cancellations made by the event organizer or administrative authorities, Biletinial reserves the right not to refund the service fee collected at the time of ticket purchase in any case of cancellation and/or refund.
